A few things, answered.
Do my buyers need to install anything?
No. They pay on your storefront page and sign in with a link sent to their email, never a password. Access arrives as a Telegram invite or a download link they just tap.
Can buyers pay in Naira?
Yes. Checkout runs on Nomba, so buyers can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD in Naira. Free products skip payment entirely.
How does access delivery work?
The moment payment clears, Sorthehelp generates a single-use Telegram invite and unlocks any digital downloads on the buyer's access page. Remove the member and the invite is revoked automatically.
Where are the files hosted?
On Cloudflare R2. Downloads never pass through our server, and repeat downloads of the same file don't cost you extra.
What does it cost?
5% of each paid sale, capped at ₦2,500 per transaction, and that covers the card fees. No monthly fee, no card up front, and free products cost you nothing. The 5% comes off what you actually collect, after any discount codes.
Memberships, one-off downloads, or services?
All three, in one book. Recurring members roll their balance back and push the due date forward automatically each cycle; one-off buyers just get their access.
